Retail Operations Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to Director of Retail and Multichannel Project Manager for projects across the following departments: retail stores, wholesale partnerships, office + showroom properties.
- Maintain and develop organizational files to stay on top of various projects, contacts, accounts, orders.
- Conduct various research tasks for bidding out with potential vendors for brand partnerships or property management.
- Communicate frequently and consistently with store teams on processes, procedures, and deliverables
- Proactively manage store workload and cross functional partners, prioritizing and executing product resets, pricing updates, inventory related tasks along with replenishment and other routine business actions
- Serve as subject matter expert and day-to-day owner of tactile operations of retail store back-end systems, POS administration, product processes, and store maintenance.
- Create instructional guides and procedure documents for retail operations.
- Frequently working in our different stores with retail teams, ability to travel.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience the retail field in a Keyholder position or higher. Management experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Google Suite.
- Very strong organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detail are an absolute must for this role.
- Experience with retail and POS systems are a plus.
- Collaborative by nature; ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
- Ability to efficiently prioritize a demanding workload and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Self-starter with an eye for improving process efficiencies with a sense of urgency to maintain project deadlines.
